Trips Abroad

NLV escorts are happy to accept extended assignments to accompany clients on trips abroad. In these situations, the security and welfare of the escort is our paramount concern and as such a number of caveats apply. Clients must have formally spent time with the escort they wish to travel with them and are required to provide full details of their travel plans in advance.

Once a booking is made, we will require evidence that travel arrangements have been made for the escort - in the form of copies of email receipts/booking confirmations - up to 5 working days in advance. At this point, the booking can be confirmed. We will also require a faxed copy of your passport for our records - this will be destroyed once the booking has been completed.

During the time our escort is traveling with you, she will be required to check in with us twice daily unless otherwise agreed for her own security.

Rates for international bookings are agreed on a case-by-case basis but on all occasions the client is responsible for meeting the costs, and arranging, return travel to all destinations, accommodation for the duration of the trip, and meeting all reasonable expenses such as meals out, drinks and any additional travel. 30% of the total cost of the booking must be received in advance in order to confirm the booking.
